Nova Complete Maintenance is the realization of a dream, brought to life by its founder, Pablo Rangel, and built on dedication, hard work, and a passion for cleanliness.
 
Pablo’s journey in the cleaning industry began humbly—working part-time at night cleaning banks. This early experience sparked a deep appreciation for the industry and instilled in him a strong work ethic. After gaining valuable experience in other fields, he realized that his true calling lay in professional cleaning services. In 2006, driven by ambition and a vision for growth, Pablo made the bold decision to invest in the cleaning business, focusing initially on floor care and supermarket cleaning.
 
Through relentless effort and a commitment to excellence, Nova Complete Maintenance quickly made its mark, securing contracts with some of the largest supermarket chains in New Jersey. As the company’s reputation grew, so did its reach—expanding into Pennsylvania and New York, and later establishing a footprint in 12 states.
In 2015, Pablo’s wife, Alynne Araujo, joined the company, bringing her expertise and leadership to support its continued expansion. Under their combined vision, Nova evolved beyond supermarket cleaning to offer a comprehensive range of commercial cleaning services. Today, Nova proudly serves office buildings, medical facilities, retail spaces, warehouses, and government institutions, solidifying its position as a trusted provider in the cleaning industry.
